Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with some work-from-home flexibility, for a Digital Transformation Manager, Transformation Consultant, or Business Transformation Director. The role involves leading and executing digital and business transformation initiatives, analyzing business challenges, and designing innovative solutions. The individual will collaborate with clients to drive successful project outcomes, applying consulting skills, analytical expertise, and design thinking principles to optimize processes and deliver measurable results.

• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Consulting with the ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams effectively.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies to create customer-centric solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, with relevant industry certifications being an advantage.
• Background in executing cost optimization and business process improvements is a plus.
