Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Singapore, with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. As a Digital Transformation Manager/Transformation Consultant/Business Transformation Director, you will lead and execute strategic projects to drive digital and business transformations across the organization. Responsibilities include analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring successful adoption of these changes. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage with stakeholders, and leverage advanced methodologies like design thinking to craft impactful transformation strategies. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted consultant to guide teams and leadership in achieving key business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation strategies to drive organizational change and growth
- Strong Analytical Skills and a data-driven approach to assess opportunities, evaluate processes, and measure outcomes
- Proficiency in Consulting methodologies and stakeholder management to deliver tailored solutions
- Knowledge and application of Design Thinking principles for innovative problem-solving and user-centric outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Proven track record of leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering transformation projects
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience working in consulting firms or handling enterprise-level transformations is a strong advantage
