Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Digital Transformation Manager. The individual in this role will lead the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative solutions. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, providing consulting support, and utilizing design thinking techniques to drive business transformation. The candidate will evaluate organizational needs, develop strategies to achieve digital efficiencies, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Consulting
• Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic-thinking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse teams
• Ability to work independently and manage part-time remote workload effectively
• Experience in technology-driven projects is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
