About the Role:
We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-oriented Digital Transformation Director to lead and accelerate our organization's digital journey. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and embedding digital capabilities across the business.
You will work closely with senior leadership to shape and execute transformation initiatives that create measurable business impact and position the organization for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the organization's digital transformation strategy and roadmap
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including process optimisation, automation, and digital adoption
- Identify and implement emerging technologies (e.g., AI, RPA, data analytics, cloud solutions) to enhance business performance
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Operations, HR, Finance) to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects
- Champion a data-driven culture, leveraging analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
- Manage external vendors and technology partners where required
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory requirements
Pre-requisites:
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of digital technologies such as AI, automation (RPA), cloud, and data analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution
