5+ years of experience around digital technology projects such as Business Analyst, Business Partner, Project Management,Tech/Digital focused Consultant
Digital/IT business analysis or solutions consulting background with demonstrable experience in delivering digital solutions that bring value to customers. Experience with data products and data competency is plus.
Experience in the chemical/manufacturing industry is a plus
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for a non-technical audience.
Ability to work in an agile and dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy. Ability to drive multiple initiatives forward, navigate conflicting priorities, and work independently while consistently delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams to evaluate and address key issues. Experience with requirements gathering/use of case modelling, preparation of test plan/strategy, deployment of initiatives
Skilled at gathering and analysing requirements from users, researching and resolving complex problems negotiating project scope and advocating best practices and processes
Project Management experience with demonstration of delivery (Waterfall and Agile)
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, InformationTechnology, MIS, Engineering or related areas are preferred
