Job Summary
As an Experience Specialist on the Digital Experience and Merchandising team, you will support the design and execution of innovative digital shopping experiences for ecommerce, enhancing customer journeys and driving engagement across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of customer navigation, product learning, shopping, configuration, and purchase experiences to enhance digital engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative Designers and Product Management to align business priorities with customer journey enhancements.
- Track and analyze customer engagement and experience metrics against benchmarks to generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop strategic briefs that communicate business priorities, experience opportunities, and performance updates to cross-functional partners.
- Conduct market and competitor research and analyze consumer behavior and internal data to inform optimization, expansion, and business case development.
- Coordinate regularly with counterparts in the US and EMEA regions during overlapping business hours to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience defining and developing consumer-facing digital shopping journeys or e-commerce platforms.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience collaborating closely with creative and UX teams to develop innovative customer experiences and shopping journeys.
- MBA degree is a plus.
