We're looking for a hands-on developer with a passion for solving business problems through digital tools and low-code platforms. In this role, you'll be part of our Corporate Development team, building internal tools and process improvements that drive smarter, faster ways of working across RSP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain internal apps and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Work with internal teams to automate processes, streamline approvals, and improve data flows.
- Integrate systems using APIs and manage cloud databases to support operational longevity.
- Collaborate with end-users to translate business needs into practical digital tools.
- Ensure solutions are well-documented and maintainable over time.
What We're Looking For:
- Around 2 years of experience working on Power Platform or similar low-code tools.
- Comfortable with automation, APIs, and managing cloud-based data structures.
- Bonus points for:Hands-on SQL/database optimisation
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.
Technical documentation skills
Taking part in solution design and stakeholder discussions
Soft Skills:
- Self-starter who enjoys exploring and implementing solutions.
- Able to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Good at balancing speed and attention to detail.
