General Summary
The Product Development and Test Engineering group develops test solutions for design verification of highly integrated SoC chip for mobile application. We work with Design, System, Foundry, Program Management, Yield, Reliability, Marketing, Sales and Manufacturing teams to create, commercialize and support QTIs products.
Job responsibilities for the position include designing and debugging of test interface HW (loadboard), test SW (test program) development, Hardware/Software integration, characterization plan development, first silicon debug, process experiment (split) definition, multiple-source fab matching, device characterization, data analysis, product documentation/presentation, test limit (guardband) generation; driving failure analysis to completion, yield variance control.
The job scope also requires the engineer to drive for short term and long term test time reduction and yield improvement to meet set goals without compromising production quality for multiple projects in parallel.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
