Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Sales / Online Sales Consultant to drive our online sales initiatives within the service industry. The successful candidate will leverage platforms such as TikTok, RedNote, and other digital channels to engage potential clients, promote our services, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative online sales strategies utilizing TikTok, RedNote, and other social media platforms to attract and convert prospects.
Create engaging content and campaigns tailored to target audiences on TikTok, RedNote, and relevant digital channels.
Engage with potential clients through digital platforms, providing personalized service and solutions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize online promotional efforts and campaigns.
Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance and engagement metrics across platforms.
Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Assist customers throughout their journey, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital sales, online marketing, or e-commerce within the service industry.
Familiarity with TikTok, RedNote, and other social media platforms for marketing and sales.
Strong communication, content creation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools and online sales platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging digital content.
