Job Summary
You will manage dailyoperations of digital sales for gaming and prepaid products (e.g. PC gamecodes, mobile top-ups, platform wallets). This role focuses on execution, accuracy, and process compliance across sales reporting, order handling, and marketplace operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance and support decision-making
- Process and track digital orders, including code delivery and validation, to ensure timely fulfillment
- Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial records to support invoicing and settlements
- Monitor transactions to identify and flag failed payments or discrepancies for prompt resolution
- Handle customer queries regarding order status and redemption issues to maintain high service standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational and customer issues efficiently
- Support invoicing and settlement tracking to ensure accurate financial processing
- Create and maintain product listings on Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada with accurate pricing, product information, and availability
- Manage backend operations including order processing, cancellations, and refunds to maintain smooth workflows
- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
- Support campaign setup by managing pricing, stock levels, and product visibility to optimize sales
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven experience in digital sales administration, preferably within gaming or digital distribution industries
- Strong organisational and time management skills to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Keen attention to detail combined with a problem-solving mindset to address operational challenges
