Your new role
- Support ongoing Digital Retail / POS projects and enhancements
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on deliverables, issues, and timelines
- Support UAT planning, cutover readiness, and post‑go‑livesupport coordination
- Assist with requirements clarification, change support, and project documentation
What you'll need to succeed
- 5-8 years experience in IT project management or BA roles
- Experience with retail technology / POS platforms (regional or multi‑market exposure is a plus)
- Comfortable working with system integrators and AMS vendors
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow‑up skills
