Role Overview
As the Digital Project Team Lead at OOm, you will play a key role in transforming strategic ideas into successful digital projects. You will lead agile teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects that meet quality standards, remain within budget, and exceed client expectations. Your leadership and expertise in digital project management will be essential to driving efficiency, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and self-management.
- Facilitate scrum activities (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), and guide product owners in backlog management.
- Monitor project progress, proactively address risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Implement governance frameworks and project best practices for transparency and consistency.
- Oversee project feasibility, constraints, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with budget and timeline.
- Assist in developing key project documents such as RFPs, SOWs, timelines, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
- Create reporting dashboards and metrics for visibility into project performance and insights for senior leadership.
- Cultivate an environment of transparency, accountability, and trust within the team.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital and web project management.
- Expertise in digital technologies, particularly CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Certifications in Project/Agile/Scrum (e.g., PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe).
- Strong background in Agile methodologies, with proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or JIRA.
