We're looking for a proactive Project Manager to deliver AI solutions (chatbot & voice AI) for enterprise clients across APAC. As part of Customer Success, you'll coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage AI implementation projects using Agile/Scrum.
- Translate client requirements into clear project plans.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Oversee timelines, risks, deliverables, and integrations.
- Support client demos, documentation, and post-deployment reviews.
- Contribute to process improvements and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in CS, IS, Engineering, or related.
- 4+ years in enterprise software or background in eCommerce/marketing agency project management (preferred).
- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge (PMP preferred).
- Familiar with APIs, integrations, and SDLC.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience with project/collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp, Figma).
