About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Digital Product Manager with strong experience in business operations, cross functional leadership, workflow optimization, and enterprise structuring.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmapping
. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
. Conduct market and competitive research to uncover customer needs and business opportunities.
. Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and creation of product specifications.
Cross Functional Leadership
. Partner with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and operations teams to deliver high impact digital products.
. Facilitate cross department collaboration to ensure alignment and timely execution.
. Oversee communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Product Development & Delivery
. Drive end to end product lifecycle: planning development launch optimization.
. Translate business processes into digital workflows and intuitive product experiences.
. Manage product release plans, testing, iterations, and performance tracking.
Business & Operational Excellence
. Utilize strong corporate management background to enhance digital product scalability.
. Optimize workflows and streamline processes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
. Ensure product designs align with operational feasibility and long term sustainability.
Requirements
. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
. At least 5 years of experience in business development, product operations, or corporate management in Asia pacific regions
. Proven experience in cross team coordination, process optimization, and project delivery.
. Excellent analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and ability to perform under pressure.
. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
