This is a 12-months contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide local insights into digital advertising, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Explore, identify, and execute growth opportunities for digital products.
- Ensure products are fully functional and well adapted to the Indonesian market.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to validate findings with data.
- Identify market-specific product gaps and work with product teams to drive solutions.
- Design and oversee local testing plans for key user flows and track progress of improvements.
- Leverage research, usability studies, and market analysis to inform product execution.
- Monitor regional competitive and strategic landscape and propose actions to improve market position.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and business-level Bahasa Indonesia is required, as the role involves liaising with stakeholders in Indonesia to support cross-border collaboration.
- 5+ years in product management or product marketing within the internet, digital advertising, or technology industries.
- Experience with advertising, commerce, messaging platforms, and digital technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong local knowledge of digital advertising, online business needs, and consumer behavior.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across global teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Understanding of scalable web and mobile application architecture is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
