Digital Product Director (Financial & Crypto Products)

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the digital product roadmap across financial and crypto product lines

• Drive end-to-end product development, including research, design, testing, and launch

• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, risk, and business stakeholders

• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation

• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in fintech and crypto

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field

• Minimum 8-10 years of product management experience in financial services or fintech

• Strong knowledge of crypto products, digital assets, and blockchain ecosystems

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering scalable products

• Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
