The Role

We are looking for an exceptional results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our regional team. This is a critical individual contributor role requiring a blend of performance marketing expertise, and the ability to influence and motivate team members. You will be the driving force to problem solve creatively, ensure accountability, and deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of Paid Ads and leadership team to define, track, and relentlessly pursue paid media KPIs
  • Refine campaign structures, testing methodologies, and budget allocations strategically and creatively, thinking out of the box to achieve objectives
  • Identify performance dips and/or areas of concern, working with team members to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions
  • Act as the internal force for team accountability, influencing and motivating team members to optimize strategies and tactics to meet and exceed targets
  • Maintain a holistic view of the paid media ecosystem, ensuring strategies are cohesive, complimentary, and aligned with overall business goals
  • Stay up to date with digital and performance marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • Strong working experience in digital marketing, with proven track record managing and executing large-scale paid media campaigns
  • Demonstrated success driving significant improvements in key paid media performance metrics
  • Deep expertise in the paid media landscape, including knowledge of major platforms and region-specific platforms
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Some proficiency in Chinese is advantageous to liaise with Chinese speaking markets
