Job Description

Role Summary

Responsible for driving the company's digital transformation, online promotion, and operational automation. Leverage internal systems and apps to improve efficiency, scale operations, and enhance overall business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation & Systemization

  • Review and optimize current business workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the development and implementation of internal operational apps or systems

  • Convert manual processes into automated or semi-automated digital workflows

  • Continuously monitor and optimize system usage to increase team efficiency and accuracy

Online Promotion & Brand Support

  • Plan and execute online marketing strategies for recruitment and business promotion

  • Utilize platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, etc., for promotion and brand building

  • Create basic digital content (posters, visuals, simple videos) to support campaigns and business activities

Operations Management & Data Support

  • Generate operational and performance reports using system and app data

  • Provide management with recommendations for process optimization, cost control, and efficiency improvements

  • Ensure digital projects are implemented according to business requirements and goals

Recruitment & Staff Management (Directional)

  • Support recruitment and staff management from a system and process perspective

  • Establish standardized workflows to improve overall operational stability

Not responsible for heavy frontline recruitment tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in digital projects / app / system implementation, with ability to understand business processes and implement system solutions

  • Familiarity with online promotion tools and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram)

  • Strong process optimization, automation, and efficiency mindset

  • Excellent logical thinking and cross-departmental communication skills, able to coordinate between technical teams, operations, and management

  • Proficient in digital tools (Excel / Google Sheets / project management tools / Canva, etc.)

Preferred / Bonus

  • Experience in implementing apps or systems from scratch

  • Experience in online marketing or content operations

  • Background in service, platform, or labor-intensive industries

  • Experience collaborating with outsourced or technical teams
