- Responsible for the marketing, branding, digital strategy, content production and recruitment marketing initiatives of the Heartland Rehab Group, consisting of Heartland Rehab, City Rehab and Revitalise.
- Brand Development and Positioning
- Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
- Video editing (Short form and long form)
- Content Creation, Design and Production
- Focus on founder-led content
- Utilise professional design and editing software
- Produce graphics, animated videos and creative assets for social media, advertisements and promotional campaigns.
- Create sales kits, catalogues and presentation decks where required
- Assist in photography and videography for marketing campaigns, including product, service and clinic photography
- Liaise with printers and external vendors for production of physical marketing materials.
- Coordinate and oversee filming of short-form and long-form content, including podcasts and YouTube videos
- Campaign Strategy and Execution.
- Lead Generation and Funnel Optimisation
- Support recruitment marketing campaigns including content creation and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, branding and digital strategy
- Proficient in social media management and content creation
- Skilled in design and editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to produce graphics, videos and marketing assets
- Experience in campaign execution and lead generation
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry and campaign execution will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Capcut, Adobe, Canva
- Proficiency in AI editing software would be a bonus
