. Develop comprehensive Chinese marketing strategy and growth marketing strategies that integrate partnerships, affiliates, and KOLs initiatives.
. Implement and manage Chinese digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and KPIs.
. Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing strategies for continuous improvement.

2. Chinese Partnerships

3.Chinse KOLs (Key Opinion Leader) Management
. Identify, engage and manage KOLs and influencers who align with our brand ethos and target audience.
. Develop and execute KOLs marketing strategies, including content collaborations, sponsored posts, and ambassadorships.
. Track and report on KOLs campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve marketing goals
Requirements
. Experience in Chinese negotiating partnerships, managing affiliate programs and executing influencer marketing campaigns will be advantageous.
. Self-starter with strong project management skills, able to work independently yet effectively in a fast-paced environment.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
. Detail-oriented in order to ensure timeliness and accuracy of all communications.
Passion for e-commerce, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle, with a strong understanding of our target audience.
. Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and be comfortable navigating ambiguity.
