Vocare Media Production is looking for a Digital Media Marketer & Content Producer to join our team.
This is a hybrid role combining digital marketing, content creation, and video production. You will be involved in end-to-end content workflows - from ideation to execution and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and storytelling content
- Analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
Content Creation & Production
- Produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Assist in video shoots (camera setup, lighting, audio)
- Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar
- Create basic visual assets using Canva / Adobe tools
Growth & Optimisation
- Track content performance and improve based on insights
- Test different content formats (UGC, educational, behind-the-scenes)
- Support marketing campaigns, launches, and client projects
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Basic skills in video shooting and editing
- Strong communication and storytelling ability
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Advantage)
- Experience in a creative agency or production environment
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Runway, etc.)
- Knowledge of Meta Ads / TikTok Ads
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing talent
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: SGD $2,800 - $4,200 (based on experience)
