We are a licensed employment agency in Singapore and currently have offices in Kovan, Clementi & Toa Payoh. We're looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist who is eager to grow their skills in digital marketing with a strong focus on sales and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run digital marketing campaigns that drive leads and sales
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Manage advertising on platforms like Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads
- Create compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including social media, website, to attract potential candidates and employers
- Manage and actively interact with the audience across platforms
- Support the sales team by generating quality leads through digital channels
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to align marketing strategies with goals
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and sales techniques
Requirements / Qualifications
- Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic understanding or interest in sales and marketing principles
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
