Job Summary
The AI / Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing execution across LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, and local media ecosystems, with a strong focus on industrial, semiconductor, and B2B audiences.
This role combines AI-enabled content creation, social media operations, local ecosystem engagement, and event-driven marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital & AI Marketing Execution
- Create, optimize, and manage digital content using AI marketing tools for efficiency and scalability
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics and continuously improve engagement and reach
2. Social Media & Content Management
- Create and maintain official LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcast channels
- Manage posting schedules, engagement, comments, and direct messages
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all digital platforms
3. Industrial Media & Local Ecosystem Engagement
- Identify and collaborate with local industry self-media, influencers, and B2B content creators
- Support brand exposure through localized digital channels
4. Industry Associations & Community Relations
- Support marketing engagement and coordination with industry associations
- Maintain regular communication, event participation, and content collaboration with associations
- Support sponsorships, joint events, and branding initiatives
5. Event & Exhibition Marketing Support
- Support regional marketing activities at industry exhibitions and trade shows
- Assist in pre-event promotion, on-site marketing materials, and post-event digital follow-up
Job Requirements
Education & Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- Candidates with industrial, semiconductor, manufacturing, or B2B background are strongly preferred
- Fresh graduates or early-career candidates are welcome for junior roles
Experience & Skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn,YouTube, podcasts, and digital content platforms
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools (e.g. AI copywriting, analytics, automation tools)
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills for industrial / technical audiences
- Ability to identify and engage local media and self-media ecosystems
- Comfortable supporting exhibitions and on-site marketing activities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
