Responsibilities:
Client Servicing & Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Understand clients business objectives and translate them into clear marketing requirements
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, performance ads, content, and web channels
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, performance, content, operations) to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, and on budget
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients
- Identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement
Strategic Support
- Provide strategic input and digital recommendations aligned with client goals
- Support renewals, upselling, and campaign extensions where appropriate
- Keep up-to-date with digital trends, platforms, and best practices
Internal Coordination & Control
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and consistency
- Ensure brand, messaging, and execution align with client guideline
- Support internal process improvements and documentation
Requirements:
Experience in digital marketing client servicing or account management
Strong understanding of digital platforms (Meta, Google, social media, content)
Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently
