Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing / Sales Executive to join our engaging Marcom team. This individual will play a key role in managing our brand's digital presence, executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate new customer and drive sales. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and experienced in both online and offline marketing.
You will work closely with the digital marketing team to create compelling content, advertising, manage social media platforms, optimize e-commerce performance, and coordinate with distributors and live sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,etc.).
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns via Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and the Shopify website.
- Create and manage EDMs (electronic direct mail) for promotional campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and values across all content and platforms.
- Collaborate with distributors
- Organize and manage live selling events, collaboration with live sellers including promotional activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Assist in market research, reporting, and analysis of campaign performance.
- Handle other ad hoc assignments and marketing-related projects as required by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and offline marketing.
- Solid understanding of Shopify, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
- Strong writing, copywriting, and ommunication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proactive and enthusiastic about exploring new marketing opportunities.
