We connect wine lovers, corporate clients, and curious discoverers with exceptional South African wine through e-commerce, group buying, curated events, and corporate gifting.

About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, energetic and people-loving individual to join our growing team. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role spanning digital marketing, customer service and coordination, and operations admin, sales - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats.

Who We Are Looking For

• Diploma in Digital Marketing or related field
• Entrepreneurial mindset is a must
• Energetic, cheerful, and people-loving personality
• Enjoys meeting people and building relationships
• Comfortable with flexible working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks independently
• Strong written communication in English
• Exposure to or interest in wine and the retail/F&B/events industry
• Familiarity with Shopify (e-commerce platform), Provino (logistics provider)
• Experience with email or WhatsApp marketing tools
• Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience using Xero (accounting software)
• Prior internship or work experience in marketing, operations, or events
• WSET certificate is an advantage
