Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to strengthen our online presence and generate quality leads for our graphics and print solutions. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of digital channels and a passion for visual branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
- Manage and grow company social media accounts with engaging content (visuals, videos, case studies)
- Generate leads for services such as signage, large-format printing, exhibition displays, and branding solutions
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals
- Develop email marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine strategies
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing (B2B preferred)
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Data-driven mindset with good analytical skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in print, signage, or advertising industry
- Basic photography or videography skills for content creation
