Job Description

Are you a hands-on digital marketer who can connect campaign strategy, creative execution, and business results Do you enjoy working with paid media, content, and data to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for the company's own growth If you are ready to take ownership of Omni Digital's in-house marketing campaigns, this could be your next step.

You're stepping into a key in-house marketing role:

. Develop and manage integrated in-house marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, traffic,, leads, and conversions.

. Coordinate internal creative, media buying, and growth teams to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly and aligned with the business goals.

. Turn company growth goals into clear campaign plans across paid social, search, video, social media, and content channels.

. Use campaign data to identify opportunities, improve performance, and guide future

marketing decisions.

What will my day-to-day look like

. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and oversee full-funnel in-house digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

. Market & Audience Research: Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to inform campaign strategy, positioning, messaging, content angles, and channel recommendations.

. Performance Management: Analyse campaign data such as CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, engagement rates, website traffic, and lead quality, then recommend optimisations to improve results.

. Testing & Optimisation: Run and review A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, offers, forms, and landing pages to understand what works best.

. Internal Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Translate campaign performance into clear insights and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders during updates, reports, and strategic reviews.

. Team Coordination & Project Management: Work with copywriters, designers, editors, media buyers, and the growth team to manage briefs, timelines, approvals, and internal workflows.

About you:

. You have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, growth marketing, or a related role.

. You understand how paid social, search, video, social media, landing pages, and content contribute to the customer journey.

. You are familiar with campaign tracking, pixel setup, attribution tools, lead tracking, and basic performance reporting.

. You are comfortable using data to evaluate performance and turn findings into practical campaign improvements.

. You communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders, especially when explaining campaign performance and next steps.

. You are proactive, organised, and able to manage timelines, briefs, approvals, and multiple campaign tasks in a fast-paced environment.
