Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager transforms and scales Advanced MedTech's corporate digital marketing for an AI-first world — owning the global operating model, driving execution across regions, and using AI to do more, faster, with measurably better results.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Experience, you will own the corporate website, paid and organic channels, email and social, and deliver the playbook that aligns global and regional marketing behind one standard. You will pair brand stewardship with a sharp focus on demand and lead generation outcomes.

This is a builder's role for a marketer who wants to set the direction of a global function, make AI central to how it runs, and prove its commercial impact.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and revitalize the corporate digital marketing function globally, setting the operating model and standards while driving execution across regions.
  • Lead the corporate website across the global site and regional variants, including content, conversion, SEO, and performance.
  • Run end-to-end demand generation across paid media, email, and lead capture, with performance measured by pipeline impact and lead generation outcomes.
  • Own the corporate social presence and editorial calendar, including LinkedIn-led campaigns and event programs.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement across corporate and patient-facing social channels.
  • Leverage AI in marketing to accelerate content creation, sharpen targeting and optimization, improve marketer productivity, and establish best practices for AI-enabled marketing across the organization.

Job Requirements:

1.Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a relevant discipline.

2. Experience

  • Minimum 6 years in digital marketing, including web, paid, social and email.
  • Possess track record transforming or scaling a digital marketing function.
  • Experience operating across global/regional stakeholders, ideally in B2B/medtech/healthcare.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing AI tools and AI-assisted content.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology — marketing automation, CRM integration, analytics and attribution

3.Aptitude

  • AI-forward marketer who proactively identifies opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and marketing performance through AI.
  • Data-driven and performance-oriented, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Strong commercial instinct, with a focus on demand generation, lead quality, and business impact.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the confidence to challenge constructively and the openness to learn from others.
  • Takes ownership, shows initiative, and is committed to building deep expertise while growing with the team.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment.

4.Operational Skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong content and communication skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively across global, regional, technical, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools to support content creation, campaign planning, optimization, and marketing operations.
  • Comfortable working with marketing data, performance metrics, and attribution models to inform decisions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, CMS platforms, and web governance practices.
