Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Digital Marketing Strategy and Planning

.

Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals and objectives.

.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling to identify growth opportunities.

.

Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans and campaign calendars.

.

Recommend digital solutions and marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and lead generation.

.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign objectives.

.

Present digital strategies and campaign recommendations to clients and management.

2. Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)

.

Develop and implement social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

.

Create monthly content calendars and publishing schedules.

.

Plan and oversee organic and paid social media campaigns.

.

Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.

.

Develop platform-specific content strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

.

Coordinate content creation, graphics, videos, reels, and promotional materials.

.

Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.

.

Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

3. Meta Ads and Google Ads Management

.

Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

.

Develop lead generation campaigns to acquire qualified prospects.

.

Manage campaign budgets and allocate advertising spend effectively.

.

Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation strategies.

.

Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign objectives.

.

Monitor campaign performance, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

.

Optimize advertising campaigns to maximize return on investment.

.

Generate performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

4. Content Marketing and Creative Management

.

Oversee the creation of engaging digital content for websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.

.

Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality materials.

.

Develop marketing copy, captions, articles, blogs, and promotional content.

.

Manage video production projects, including campaign videos, reels, and branded content.

.

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

5. SEO and Search Engine Marketing

.

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.

.

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

.

Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata.

.

Manage SEM campaigns through Google Ads.

.

Monitor website traffic, search performance, and user behavior.

.

Recommend website improvements to enhance search visibility.

6. Website Management and User Experience

.

Coordinate website design and development projects.

.

Ensure websites are updated, functional, and optimized.

.

Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion rates.

.

Improve user experience, navigation, and customer journeys.

.

Work with developers to implement website enhancements and landing pages.

7. Influencer, KOL, and UGC Campaigns

.

Identify and engage suitable influencers and KOL partners.

.

Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaign objectives.

.

Manage influencer collaborations and content deliverables.

.

Coordinate user-generated content campaigns.

.

Measure campaign performance and return on investment.

8. Brand Activations and Events

.

Support planning and execution of brand activations and marketing events.

.

Coordinate promotional campaigns and event marketing activities.

.

Collaborate with external vendors and partners.

.

Develop event communication materials and promotional content.

.

Evaluate event effectiveness and campaign outcomes.

9. AI and Marketing Innovation

.

Utilize Generative AI tools to support content creation, copywriting, and campaign development.

.

Apply AI marketing technologies to improve efficiency and campaign performance.

.

Explore emerging marketing technologies and industry trends.

.

Recommend innovative digital solutions and automation opportunities.

10. Analytics, Reporting, and Performance Management

.

Monitor campaign and marketing performance using analytics tools.

.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

.

Analyze marketing data and provide strategic recommendations.

.

Track KPIs, lead generation results, and campaign effectiveness.

.

Present marketing insights to management and clients.
