Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across our paid search marketing initiatives leveraging Google Ads. This role combines deep expertise in search engine marketing with strong analytical and business acumen to drive campaign performance, optimize ROI, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Working closely with marketing, product, and regional teams, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive paid search strategies, streamline campaign operations, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders to achieve growth objectives.

What would be your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and executing keyword advertising campaigns to run performancedriven campaigns focused on measurable outcomes (Google Ads)
  • Monitor search ad account data, analyze performance, make optimization adjustments, and continuously improve accounts to increase ROI accountable for overall advertising effectiveness
  • Assist in developing and planning advertising and promotional strategies regularly collect market promotion and advertising information
  • Gather the latest channel updates, understand marketing directions and trends, and explore new advertising methods
  • Conduct regular market research, build and refine data analysis models and reports on competitors channels, regions, marketing strategies, and product strategies, and adjust advertising strategies accordingly

What we Require from you:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of Google Ads experience
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads campaign management, maintenance, and optimization familiar with various types of Google ad placements
  • Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to translate concepts into concrete actions in highpressure, ambiguous environments
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and professionally with Chinese-speaking counterparts who converse only in Mandarin Chinese, across regional offices
