The Digital Marketing Manager owns LionsBot's global end-to-end digital demand engine. This role is responsible for driving a predictable, high-quality lead pipeline across multiple regions and languages to support Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) and Sales teams worldwide. By translating global strategy into regional campaigns and multi-channel initiatives, you will ensure optimal conversion from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) while maintaining data-driven operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Lead Generation: Define and lead global campaign strategies to drive high-quality MQLs.
- Multi-Channel Execution: Plan and execute campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, content syndication, and landing pages.
- Performance Optimization: Measure and optimize campaign performance for Cost per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and ROI.
- Website & SEO: Own global website performance, ensuring traffic growth, engagement, and lead capture.
- Data & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards to track lead flow and funnel health using HubSpot.
- Sales Alignment: Partner with ISR and Sales leadership to align digital initiatives with territory plans and account strategies.
- Global Localization: Coordinate with translation agencies to manage campaigns across multiple regions while maintaining global messaging consistency.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing with a focus on demand generation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and SEO tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Relevant experience in Robotics or AI is highly preferred.
- Execution Style: A hands-on marketer who can manage campaigns end-to-end rather than just focusing on brand aesthetics.
