We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. You'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, driving lead generation and brand awareness. If you're a creative problem-solver with a passion for digital marketing, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Lead Generation Strategies:

  • Design and execute effective and comprehensive lead-generation campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Utilise marketing automation tools to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel effectively
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies to attract and convert leads at different stages of the buyer's journey.

Campaign Management and Optimisation

  • Design and manage campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Create compelling and conversion-focused content landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilise insights from data analysis to refine campaigns, enhance conversion rates, and meet lead generation targets.
  • Optimise campaigns based on performance data to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Content Creation and Optimisation

  • Collaborate and develop with the content team to create compelling content tailored to target audiences to attract and convert potential leads, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
  • Optimise content for SEO to enhance visibility and organic traffic.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage and optimise SEM campaigns to ensure high ROI and effective budget utilisation.
  • Utilise analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other performance analyses to refine and improve marketing strategies.

CRM and Marketing Automation:

  • Manage and optimise CRM and marketing automation systems to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Implement and refine lead scoring and nurturing processes to improve conversion rates.

Social Media Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships with potential clients.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Operations & Marketing team to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to sales on campaign performance and lead behaviour.

Industry Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Implement new tools and techniques to improve lead generation efforts.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in digital marketing with a strong emphasis and focus on lead generation.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing).
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
