Digital Marketing Manager (FMCG / Central)

Our client, a leading baby & mother care specialist Green product such as Infant Feeding Bottles, Infant Water Bottles for toddlers across International Market. The company is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop the multi-market growth plan across SG/US/AU/CA/UK.

About the role
You will plan, run, and scale always on and seasonal campaigns across Meta and Google and expand paid social media, delivering profitable growth across SG/US/AU/CA (with UK added when performance meets entry criteria). You'll work hands on in ad platforms and orchestrate creative testing that reflects local market nuances and category compliance.

Job Description:

• Develop and responsible for multi-market growth plan aligned with business goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and other social media platforms.
• Collaborate with channel owners for marketplaces on retail media test, promo alignment etc.
• Build creative pipeline with market-specific messaging that resonates with targeted consumers.
• Responsible in budgeting, forecast performance, and reporting.
• Ensure marketing complies with market-specific and advertising standards.
• Manage agencies, provide creative & planning for new products launch, seasonal promotions, etc.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or any other relevant field.
• 3-5 years hands-on performance marketing experience in infant products or related industry
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads/YouTube
• Strong team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and data-driven.
