Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence, drive brand visibility, and convert engagement into revenue. This role will oversee all digital touchpoints-from social media to performance marketing-ensuring alignment with Mondrian's brand voice while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Brand Presence

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning
  • Manage brand storytelling across all digital platforms (website, social, email, third-party channels)
  • Ensure consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging in line with Mondrian's brand standards

Social Media & Content

  • Lead content planning and execution across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Curate visually compelling and engaging content that reflects the hotel's lifestyle positioning
  • Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, and influencers to produce high-impact campaigns

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Plan and manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, display ads) to drive traffic and conversions
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and provide actionable insights through analytics
  • Track KPIs including engagement, reach, conversion rates, and revenue contribution

Website & E-Commerce

  • Oversee website content, UX, and booking journey optimization
  • Work closely with revenue and e-commerce teams to drive direct bookings
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented and continuously improved

Partnerships & Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and manage collaborations with influencers, media, and brand partners
  • Execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and social buzz
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership effectiveness

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to support campaigns and promotions
  • Align digital efforts with key hotel activations, events, and seasonal strategies
