As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the digital team in customer acquisition and retention across all owned and paid digital channels, including but not limited to social media, paid social, search, content, and email, under ADVANCE.AI and its subsidiaries in Indonesia and Philippines. Working with the larger commercial team, you will conceive, manage, analyse, and optimise campaigns to drive the overall customer growth in line with our brand strategy and business goals. You will also be the key to aligning all digital campaign objectives in alignment to overall ADVANCE.AI group branding.

The ideal candidate will have deep domain experience across paid platforms, tools, and ad technologies. In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will bring creative thinking to all marketing campaign planning.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI, including every stage of a marketing campaign, including conception, execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Digital demand generation: Be responsible and accountable for growing leads and pipeline via Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Video campaigns for the ID, MY, TH, PH, MX, SG & other emerging markets according to business growth. Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving acquisition
  • Continuously test and optimise new channels, audiences, and content strategies to increase conversion
  • Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels. These include paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, affiliate, and video
  • Reporting: You'd be expected to produce regular reports on the performance of key metrics which are aligned to overall business KPIs, and provide recommendations for improvement.

To support your duties and responsibilities, you will need the following experience and knowledge when you join us:

  • 8-10 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in enterprise SaaS
  • Minumum of 3 years+ experience in website management and optimisation knowledge
  • Expert level proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Linkedin Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube Ads.
  • A track record of designing and delivering high-performing B2B lead generation strategies across the full range of digital channels including email, social media, paid media, content and SEO.
  • Familiar and able to use Marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, including workflows, forms, landing pages and reporting and lead scoring.
  • Able to manage event database management and reporting, including using HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of marketing channel attribution models
  • Advantage in having experience in running virtual events, including webinars, to generate and nurture leads.
  • Experience of planning and running B2B marketing events including at trade shows and conferences, to maximize lead generation.
  • Experience of managing third party companies and suppliers during projects, ensuring delivery on time and on budget.
  • Networking and collaborating experience with FSI related industry associations.
  • Practical know-how and implementation in project management and budgeting.
  • Working knowledge and experience in event coordination and management.
