Weave Asia is a digital marketing agency specialising in SEO and AI visibility. We help businesses get found on Google and in AI answers like ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews. Since 2018 we've grown to a team of 20+ across Singapore and Kota Kinabalu, working with 80+ retainer clients.

The role

We're looking for a Client Executive who takes ownership. If you're the kind of person who spots what needs doing and gets it done without being chased, you'll do well here.

You'll be the day-to-day contact for a group of our clients, keeping work moving and making sure nothing slips. You won't be doing the SEO or ads yourself. Our SEO, content, web and Ads specialists do the execution, and a support team in Malaysia prepares client updates and performance stats. Your job is to make sure clients are looked after and results are delivered.

We don't micromanage. You'll get guidance when you start, then we'll trust you to run with it. The more you show you can handle, the faster you'll take on accounts of your own and move up to Client Manager.

What you'll do

Own the day to day for your clients

• Be the first point of contact for client questions, approvals and requests, and resolve them yourself wherever you can
• Prepare for and join monthly review calls, then drive the follow-up without waiting to be reminded
• Take the lead on accounts of your own as soon as you're ready, running their reviews yourself

Keep delivery on track

• Brief our specialists and chase tasks, deadlines and client materials until they're done
• Check deliverables and reports before they go to the client, and push back when quality isn't there
• Work with our Malaysia support team on client updates and performance data
• Keep client notes, files and our project tracker up to date so anyone can pick up where you left off

Look for ways to do better

• Notice when a client is unhappy, going quiet or at risk of leaving, and act on it early
• Spot opportunities to do more for a client and raise them with a clear suggestion
• Follow up on overdue invoices
• Suggest improvements to how we work, and make them happen

What we're looking for

You're someone who:

• Takes ownership. When something is yours, you see it through without being chased
• Is self-driven. You set your own priorities, manage your own time and don't need daily check-ins
• Figures things out. When you don't know something, you look it up, try it, then ask a sharper question
• Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and on calls
• Stays organised across many clients and tasks without dropping the ball

Must have

• 0–2 years in a client-facing role: agency account servicing, customer service, customer success or sales. Fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome
• An example of something you owned and delivered on your own, at work, in school or in a side project. We'll ask about it
• Comfort with numbers and reports

Good to have

• Agency or digital marketing experience, even as an intern
• Some familiarity with SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4) or Paid ads (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Linkedin Ads)
• Interest in AI search and how brands show up in tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews

You don't need SEO or digital marketing experience to start. You do need to be reliable, organised, good with people and able to work independently.

Salary and benefits

• S$3,000–4,000 a month, depending on experience
• A clear path to Client Manager
