Digital Marketing Executive

Employment Details:

• Basic Salary: Up to $5,500
• Benefits: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + Variable Bonus (VB) of up to 2.5 months
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Additional Requirements: Able to support occasional evening or weekend events when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Plan and maintain content calendars for marketing campaigns and events.
• Create engaging digital content, including graphics, photographs, captions and short-form videos.
• Plan and execute organic and paid digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media advertising budgets, targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Provide on-site content coverage for events and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, event organisers and external agencies on marketing initiatives.
• Support website updates, email marketing and other digital marketing activities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related disciplines.
• Minimally 2 years of relevant digital marketing or social media experience.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar tools.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and social media analytics.
• Good writing, photography and video editing skills.
• Creative, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Able to support occasional evening or weekend events when required.
• Experience in events, hospitality or related industries is an advantage.
