- Lead digital marketing and growth initiatives to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across insurance products, leveraging data-driven strategies and performance channels.
- Own and optimize the company website as a primary growth platform, improving UX, SEO, conversion funnels, and content performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Define and manage the digital editorial and content strategy, translating complex insurance offerings into clear, customer-centric content across web and digital touchpoints.
- Track, analyze, and report on key digital KPIs, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Compliance) and external partners to continuously optimize results.
Requirements:
- Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of Digital Marketing, SEO, Content, or Website Optimisation experience in Insurance industry.
- Strong hands‑on experience with digital analytics and performance optimization tools.
