Job Scope

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google.
Develop compelling ad copy, hooks, video scripts, landing pages and sales pages.
Build and optimise conversion funnels and conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ROAS.
Conceptualise static and video ad creatives and work with designers/video editors to produce marketing assets.
Develop lead-generation content such as e-books, reports and short courses.
Leverage Generative AI tools to improve marketing ideation and content production.
Monitor campaign performance and stay updated on digital marketing trends.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, advertising or performance marketing.
Experience with Meta and Google Ads preferred.
Strong copywriting and creative thinking skills.
Comfortable working with marketing data and performance metrics.
Experience in education, financial services, software, property or other service-based industries preferred.
Candidates from FMCG/food/beauty are considered if they have a genuine interest in financial markets, investing or trading.
Experience with Generative AI, ClickFunnels, HubSpot or Adobe tools is an advantage.
