Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and web platforms with strategic intent and creative flair
- Create high-quality, engaging content including captions, emailers, blog posts, and website copy tailored to target audiences
- Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn with consistency and brand alignment
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics daily, translating data into clear insights and actionable optimisation strategies
- Coordinate paid advertising campaigns including Meta Ads and Google Ads, managing budgets and tracking return on investment
- Support SEO and SEM efforts to drive organic growth and improve search visibility across all digital platforms
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor digital activities to keep campaigns innovative and ahead of industry trends
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative teams to produce polished, on-brand digital marketing assets
- Maintain and update content calendars to ensure consistent, timely, and strategic content publishing across all channels
- Prepare comprehensive digital performance reports with clear recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and reach
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong passion for digital marketing, content creation, and staying ahead of emerging platform trends
- Familiar with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management systems
- Creative, analytical, and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
