Job Description: Digital & Marketing Executive
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Digital & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, planning promotional campaigns for outlets, and supporting overall brand growth. The ideal candidate is hands-on with content creation tools, understands customer behavior, and is passionate about brand storytelling in the F&B space.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan, schedule, and manage posts across TikTok, XiaoHongShu (), Instagram, and Facebook.
- Film, edit, and produce engaging video and photo content tailored for each platform.
- Design promotional artwork and marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Monitor platform performance, track analytics, and optimize strategies to boost engagement and reach.
Promotional Campaigns & Branch Support
- Plan and execute outlet-specific promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Work closely with supervisors/managers to understand sales trends, customer preferences, and translate insights into marketing initiatives.
- Track promotion effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistency of brand image across all digital and offline touchpoints.
- Support in developing and executing brand strategies that increase awareness and loyalty.
- Uphold brand guidelines in all marketing outputs.
Customer Engagement & CRM
- Manage and monitor Google Reviews, responding to feedback to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer data, behavior, and engagement.
- Provide customer insights to enhance marketing strategies and business decisions.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Liaise with outlet teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business needs.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, social media growth, and customer engagement.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (F&B industry experience a plus).
- Proficient in Canva, Photoshop (basic to intermediate), and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of TikTok, XHS, Instagram, and Facebook trends.
- Creative eye for design, branding, and storytelling.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
