Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to grow the brand's online presence and awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. This role will focus on expanding the brand's reach, growing the number of followers across digital platforms, and converting online engagement into sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, an eye for design, and a proven ability to manage digital marketing campaigns that generate tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Marketing

. Assist in planning and executing the brand's Instagram and social media content calendar

. Support creation of Reels, product features, lifestyle posts, and storytelling content

. Monitor engagement, comments, and audience feedback across social platforms

. Research trending content ideas relevant to fashion and lifestyle brands

2. Content Creation Support

. Coordinate and assist in photoshoots and video production for marketing campaigns

. Work with internal teams and creators to produce visual and editorial content

. Help prepare marketing assets such as captions, short videos, and graphics

3. Influencer & Partnership Marketing

. Identify potential influencers, brand ambassadors, and collaborators

. Assist with outreach, coordination, and campaign tracking

. Support product seeding and collaboration activities

4. Digital Campaigns

. Assist in planning online campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities

. Support implementation of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) marketing campaigns

. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements

2. Content Creation & Creative Execution

. Short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok)
. Basic photo/video editing (e.g. Canva, CapCut)
. Copywriting for captions, hooks, and storytelling
. Visual storytelling and brand alignment

3. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Technical Skills
. Ads setup and optimisation (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads)
. Audience targeting (lookalike, retargeting, interest-based)
. Budget allocation and A/B testing
. Campaign tracking and optimisation

4. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Technical Skills
. Social media insights and reporting
. Website analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
. KPI tracking (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)
. Basic Excel / data analysis

5. Website & Digital Presence Management
Technical Skills
. Website content updates (e.g. Shopify / WordPress)
. Basic UX/UI understanding
. SEO fundamentals (keywords, on-page optimisation)

6. Influencer & Partnership Marketing

. Influencer sourcing and outreach
. Campaign briefing and coordination
. Performance tracking of collaborations

7. Brand Strategy Execution
