- Paid Media: Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
- Organic Growth: Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and brand visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, ROI) and provide actionable optimization reports.
3. Social Media Platform Content & Posts
- Content Creation: Plan and execute the social media calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with creators on scripts and video production to ensure scroll-stopping content.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of social media algorithms and digital marketing trends.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:3 years of experience in digital or social media marketing, preferably within the FMCG or Retail sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
- Design Skills (A Major Plus): Basic proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator to adapt visuals for digital and print (e.g., posters, banners, social posts).
