Cycling Bears aims to revolutionize the fitness industry with stunning luxurious equipment made of sustainably sourced materials that blend beautifully with the environment. Our clients range from home-owners & hoteliers to interior designers & architects. We design wellness sanctuaries for homes, hotels, yachts and private clubs using bespoke equipment with no planned obsolescence.
- Always looking for innovative design, we have curated 5 brands: Pent, Ciclotte, Nohrd, Kenko & Stil-Fit. We have also started to offer recovery solutions including infra-red saunas, red light panels, ice baths and mild hyperbaric oxygen chambers.
- Our team aims to offer holistic solutions for our clients by partnering with industry professionals to offer wellness and nutrition to personalised training programs for our clients.
Despite being a relatively new entrant to the fitness industry, we have over 100 projects underway and our clients span the globe, from Australia to Zimbabwe. Cycling Bears has also garnered significant media coverage, having been featured in over 20 publications. We currently have showrooms in Singapore, Melbourne and Manila, with plans to expand further this year.
Job Summary
Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that elevate our brand presence and engage diverse global audiences, driving measurable growth and customer interaction for Cycling Bears.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of creative social media strategies to elevate brand awareness and engage local and international audiences effectively
- Produce and curate content including visuals, videos, and written posts that consistently reflect brand identity and resonate with target audiences
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and audience behavior to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine content strategies for maximum engagement and reach
- Apply continuous improvement practices by leveraging insights from social media analytics to optimize content performance
- Research, generate, and update website content, product information, images, and promotions to maintain an up-to-date and engaging online presence
- Assist in driving website traffic by supporting SEO initiatives, website design, and planning, scheduling, and executing digital marketing campaigns aligned with company strategy
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across social media platforms to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty
- Engage regularly with partners and potential clients on social media to build and nurture relationships that support business growth
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product offerings to effectively communicate brand value and support sales efforts
- Assist in hosting prospective clients at the showroom, providing knowledgeable and engaging presentations
- Manage ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced startup environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in the sports, luxury, or lifestyle sectors, demonstrating strategic acumen and alignment with the brand vision
- Proficiency in using generative AI tools to create dynamic and scalable social media content and assets
- Strong copywriting skills applied to create compelling and engaging social media and digital content
- Comprehensive knowledge of global and regional social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest, with the ability to anticipate trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
- Creative and curious mindset with logical thinking and strategic planning capabilities
