Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Digital Growth

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to strengthen a Student Care Organisation's brand presence and drive enrolment growth.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Plan, coordinate, and optimise marketing funnels, including website landing pages, email campaigns, content marketing, and retargeting activities.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns and collaborate with external partners or agencies to maximise marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure all marketing communications are aligned with the organisation's branding and positioning.
  • Work closely with website developers and SEO specialists to improve online visibility, user experience, and conversion performance.

2. Content Development & Community Engagement

  • Create and manage compelling content across social media platforms to engage parents, students, and the wider community.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to develop high-quality marketing materials.
  • Prepare marketing collateral, articles, newsletters, and promotional content that support organisational objectives.
  • Assist in the production and editing of videos for social media, campaigns, events, and promotional purposes.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond appropriately to audience interactions.

3. Campaign Execution & Partnership Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, outreach activities, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and community engagement activities that enhance brand awareness.
  • Assist in organising marketing events, roadshows, open houses, and other recruitment-related activities.

4. Marketing Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor campaign performance through relevant tracking tools and reporting platforms.
  • Evaluate key marketing metrics, including lead generation, engagement, conversions, and return on investment.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise future marketing initiatives and resource allocation.

5. General & Administrative Support

  • Provide marketing support for new launches and expansion projects.
  • Assist in public relations activities, media engagement, and brand-building opportunities.
  • Support the management of marketing databases, promotional materials, and organisational branding assets.
  • Undertake other marketing-related duties and projects as assigned by management.
