We are looking for a hands-on digital marketer with end-to-end online marketing experience in the beauty industry, to drive customer leads and store visits through content creation and performance marketing.
1. End-to-end digital marketing execution: plan, execute, monitor and optimise campaigns from start to finish.
2. Lead generation & store traffic: develop initiatives to increase enquiries, bookings and walk-ins.
3. Content production: shoot and edit short-form videos (e.g. Reels/TikTok), write social posts and manage content calendars.
5. Advertising plan & online promotion: create media plans and run online ads (e.g. Meta/Google), optimising for ROI.
6. Tracking & reporting: track leads, bookings, store visits and conversions provide actionable insights for improvement.
Proven end-to-end online marketing experience in the beauty industry (strategy + execution + ads + optimisation).
Strong ability to drive leads and convert them into store visits.
Comfortable with video shooting/editing and copywriting for social media.
Able to plan and execute paid campaigns and improve results over time.
Responsible, proactive, and execution-focused.
