We're seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to elevate our beauty brand and execute campaigns that deliver measurable impact. This role encompasses campaign performance, website optimisation, and digital marketing infrastructure, and related initiatives.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimise paid media on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok to maximise ROI.
  • Enhance organic growth through SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search ranking.
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics, translating insights into actionable optimisation strategies.
  • Continuously refine campaign targeting, funnels, and content to increase lead quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee marketing platforms and tools (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, analytics tools, etc.) for accurate execution and reporting.
  • Plan content calendars and ensure brand-aligned, high-quality output across all digital channels.
  • Maintain structured reporting of campaigns and performance to support clarity and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and deliver campaigns and activations that drive brand visibility, engagement, leads, and revenue.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to maintain fresh and competitive strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or wellness industries.
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, paid media, and analytics, with the ability to translate insights into effective campaigns.
  • Skilled in creative software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.
  • Refined visual and branding sensibility, balancing creativity with measurable results.
  • Data-drivenand capable of translating insights into strategy.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and visual.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
