Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and creative Marketing cum Designer to support both the strategic and visual aspects of our marketing efforts. This hybrid role combines core marketing responsibilities-such as campaign execution, content planning, and social media management-with the ability to produce high-quality design assets for digital and print use. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working across various channels to strengthen the company's brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive engagement across digital platforms.
- Manage and support social media activities, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate and support multi-channel marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Create written content for websites, email campaigns, social media posts, and marketing collateral, aligned with brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights to optimize results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for events, partnerships, and cross-promotional activities.
Design Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and design various offline marketing collaterals, such as brochures, posters, banners, and event materials.
- Design and execute digital assets for multiple channels, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads.
- Oversee all artwork from initial concept to final production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Integrate monthly market and agency reporting data into visually engaging and easy-to-understand formats, such as infographics or presentation decks.
- Take ownership of the design process: proactively present ideas, liaise with internal teams and stakeholders, and propose creative concepts that align with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong sense of design, layout, and visual composition with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to create basic animations, GIFs, or video content using Photoshop, After Effects, or Premiere Pro will be an advantage.
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
- Understanding of brand identity and visual storytelling.
- Experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimisation.
