We are looking for the Digital Marketing cum Admin Executive (Full Time) to join our team.
The Digital Marketing cum Admin Executive is responsible for advertising, promoting, and supporting public relations initiatives. They uphold the property's brand and ensure that all activities adhere to established brand guidelines.
He/ She also assists in creating marketing materials and updates the website with new information when necessary. Additionally, he/she handles media queries, arranges briefings, contributes to public relations efforts, and oversees media coverage. He/ She also identifies areas that may impact the brand.
He/ She must oversee all social media. All reviews should be responded to. He/ She also helps with promotions or special events. He/ She maintains the special events and campaign calendar. He/ She also arranges with vendors for gift premiums and creation of marketing tools.
- In Charge of digital marketing for E-Commerce strategy
- Develop content and design artwork for Website, Stores, Social Media Marketing efforts, such as Facebook, Instagram, SMS/Email-blast, etc.
- Update social media such as, Website, Facebook, Instagram, SMS/Email-Blast in timely manner
- Increase website traffic, rankings and visibility
- Provide insight on online engagement progress and drive continual improvement
- Generate data, prepare reports, and analyse/interpret CRM reports on a monthly-basis and recommend activities to enhance CRM engagement for the group
- Implementing & planning marketing strategies to increase sales, engage customer, create awareness.
- Creation of monthly themes to align with the current season's fashion.
- Ensures that current promotion fit into the assigned theme.
- Co-ordinate integrated in-mall
- Advertising and Promotions campaigns and loyalty program.
- Create ads image, build, launch, monitor Ads campaigns on Instagram, Facebook and Google Ads.

Admin Tasks
- Manage data entry and stock records
- Edit and upload product photos to our website using Shopify
- Organize and file sales reports and document
- Handle inquiries via calls, emails and messages
- Support day to day admin tasks
